With over 35 years of experience as a CPA, I’ve had the privilege of managing the financial operations of businesses both large and small. My passion for entrepreneurship began early—whether it was selling trinkets to classmates, inventing and marketing a board game, or most recently, buying, growing, and successfully selling my own business.

I’ve also served as CFO for a major law firm, where I negotiated and managed a wide range of contracts—from essential software agreements and equipment leases to complex, multi-year commercial leases. This blend of hands-on business ownership and executive financial leadership has given me a unique perspective on what it takes to run—and successfully transition—a business.
